REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Refund Policy
The following terms apply to all orders placed on our website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. We reserve the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice.

1. Order Modification & Cancellation

• Strict 6-Hour Window: Because all items are custom-printed and made-to-order, production begins automatically 6 hours after purchase.
• Modifications: Changes to your shipping address, item size, color, or design must be submitted within 6 hours of order placement.Upgrades requiring an additional balance must be paid before processing.Price differences for downgraded selections are non-refundable.
• Cancellations: Orders can only be canceled within the 6-hour window. Original payment processing fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
• Post 6-Hours: Cancellations or modifications are strictly NOT accepted once an order has entered production after the 6-hour window.

2. Replacements & Refunds
We stand behind the quality of our personalized products. A replacement or full refund will be granted strictly under the following conditions:

• The package is lost in transit and not delivered after 45–60 business days from the dispatch date.
• The item received has verified manufacturing defects, bad print quality, damage, or incorrect design/size compared to your order confirmation.

Filing a Claim:
All claims must be submitted within 7 business days of the marked delivery date. To expedite your claim, please provide:

• A clear unboxing video or photos showing the defect/issue.
• A clear photo of the size label (if size-related).
• A clear photo of the shipping label attached to the package.

Processing Time:
Once your claim is approved via email:

• Replacements: Dispatched within 1–7 business days with a new tracking number.
• Refunds: Processed within 7 business days. Credits usually appear on your statement within 3–5 business days, depending on your card issuer.

3. Disclaimer & Exceptions
We are NOT responsible or liable for refunds or replacements in the following cases:

• Incorrect shipping address, wrong size, color, or design options selected by the customer at checkout.
• Failed deliveries due to customer absence, refusal to accept the package, or incorrect address entries.
• Lost or stolen packages after a verified "Delivered" status by the shipping carrier.
• Temporary creases or wrinkles caused by carrier packaging standards. (This is a normal characteristic of folded apparel/textiles and not a defect. Items will flatten naturally within 3–5 days).

Return Policy
Due to the custom-made and personalized nature of our Print-on-Demand products, we do not accept physical returns.

If you encounter any issue with your order, please reach out through our Contact Form within 7 business days of delivery with your order details and proof of issue. Approved cases will receive a free replacement or store credit/refund without requiring you to ship the item back.

Please do not return items to the origin address on the package without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be processed, and we are not liable for any lost packages or associated shipping costs.
